Shipping & Delivery
TRACE Adventure maps are individually created and professionally printed to order in New Zealand.
New Zealand shipping
Printed maps are shipped throughout New Zealand. Shipping is calculated separately from the product price:
- Residential delivery — $19
- Rural delivery — $37
Please make sure your delivery address and postcode are correct when placing your order. Rural delivery addresses must be selected as rural where applicable.
Digital maps
Digital PDF orders are delivered electronically and do not incur a shipping charge.
Production & dispatch
As every TRACE map is individually created, please allow time for your map to be designed, prepared and, for printed orders, professionally printed before dispatch.
We will provide delivery or tracking information where available once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Printed maps are carefully packaged to help protect them during delivery.
Delivery delays
Delivery times after dispatch can vary depending on your location and courier network. While we'll do our best to get your TRACE to you promptly, courier delays outside our control can occasionally occur.
Damaged deliveries
If your map arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can help resolve the issue.
